HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are processed and prepared to be shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may take 1-3 weeks from the time of purchase to shipping your order worldwide unless it is specified in the product description.

We work exclusively with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, 4PX, and other reputable regional couriers to ensure secure and dependable delivery.

Due to high demand and our direct-from-partner fulfilment model, orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package — this is completely normal. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number for every shipment, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM?

If an item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nabuzi.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide return instructions and, once the item is received, issue a full refund or replacement. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.
