HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We work exclusively with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, 4PX, and other reputable regional couriers to ensure secure and dependable delivery.

Due to high demand and our direct-from-partner fulfilment model, orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number for every shipment.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM?

If an item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nabuzi.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will provide return instructions and issue a full refund or replacement. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

If, after using the product as directed for 90 days, you do not achieve the advertised results, you may be eligible for a refund — subject to verification requirements.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a refund, customers must:

  3. Provide verification documentation, including:
    • Before-and-after photos
    • Photos with visible timestamps or metadata
    • Consistent height/measurement records
    • Any additional requested information
  4. Submit the original order number or payment confirmation.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in refund denial.

REFUND REVIEW PROCESS

All results-based refund requests are reviewed individually.

Once complete documentation is received, claims are assessed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Incomplete or unverifiable submissions may delay or invalidate requests.
